My career started in 2011. Since then I’ve led product portfolios across SaaS, hosting and telecommunications, owned P&Ls, built cross-functional teams and taken products into new markets from scratch. Along the way I learned that good strategy fails without good execution, so I do both.

Owned the P&L of a hosting product portfolio, launched new products end to end (pricing, provisioning, sales and support) and went on to lead the product team.

UC&C Senior Product Manager
Owned the UCC and CCaaS portfolio, including value-added services for Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Built roadmaps with global product teams and ran go-to-market end to end.
IONOS

Project Leader → Country Lead, CEE
Launched IONOS hosting platforms from scratch in Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Then ran product, sales budgets and partnerships across the region.

I combine PMI principles with Agile practice to deliver on scope, time and budget. I manage vendors, subcontractors and risks, and keep sponsors informed at every stage.

I map how work really flows, remove bottlenecks and duplicated effort, and redesign processes with clear KPIs. SOPs and clear roles make the changes stick.
